Do you ever wonder what yoga is about? Why there are so many warriors and animal poses? Not sure if this is something for you? Then this beginner course is for you.
During three sessions we will explore the basics of yoga. You will breath, move and laugh a lot. Classes are small (up to 9 students) so you won't drown in a sea of people and are your injuries will be cared for. This is the perfect environment for absolute beginners who want to try yoga without commitment
Fridays at 7pm. Starting on 24 March for 3 weeks.
