If you are interested in meditation and would like to try it out in a group environment then this is the course for you. Following the success of the first class, we've decided to add another beginnners course for the month of March. During the course we will explore various types of meditation using the breath; mantra; metta; mala beads; body scan and everybody's favourite - deep relaxation!
The cost is £20 for the full course of 4 weeks. This includes everything you need, all you need to bring is yourself. Payment can be made by paypal in advance or in cash at the first lesson.
Starting 5th March for 4 weeks at 12.15pm.
