This self defence workshop is tailored specifically for women. You will learn techniques that do not rely on strength but biomechanics. Biomechanics is the art of exploiting the structure of the human body and its natural weaknesses. It is possible to overcome a much larger and stronger opponent if the correct techniques are used.

About Susan Chalmers   Susan started training Krav Maga in 2011 and since qualified as a kids and adults instructor, and specifically qualified to teach women. Susan is currently at Graduate level 4 in the Krav Maga Global system. in 2016 she became the Head of the KMG Women's Division for Scotland, helping to promote and introduce more women to Krav Maga self defence, offering workshops to different female groups.  Susan runs weekly classes and assists in others throughout the East coast of Scotland with East Coast Krav Maga and continues to travel to different countries to attend instructor update training, seminars and courses.
