Regular practice and treatments are integral to results you want to see and feel in your body. Clients who practice and get regular treatments are able to see the difference especially if they are experiencing pain or they are recovering after an injury.

What do you need to bring?

  • Wear comfortable, appropriate clothing

  • Bring a bottle of water

  • You need your own boxing gloves for all the boxing classes.

  • For a foam rolling class you need to bring your own foam roller.

  • For group training and beginner boxing you must bring clean training shoes.

  • Props such as straps, blocks and rolls are provided but feel free to bring your own one. Mats can be rented for £1.

  • Relaxing yoga or meditation we can provide you with blankets but maybe bring your own eye pillow although we do have them in the studio.

  • You need a notepad and a pen for the nutrition talks.
